CLIMB 2022
CLIMB was the company's first chance to experience the new brand at full volume. The event needed to do two things at once — celebrate how far A-LIGN had come and get employees genuinely excited about where it was going next. I designed a full identity system running from name badges through stage graphics and wayfinding, applying the refreshed brand at scale so the rollout doubled as a culture moment. The brand became something employees stood inside, not just looked at.
