2025 Compliance Benchmark Report
Over time, an annual report needs more than another refresh — it needs a real jump in craft. I brought in a senior visual designer who could push the data visualization and editorial design further than the team had taken it before, and directed the work from concept through campaign. My role was creative leadership: setting the strategic frame, protecting the bar, and building the cross-platform system around the report, so the elevated design landed everywhere it needed to.
